What is a welcome email series?
A welcome email series is the automated email a new subscriber receives after joining your list. It introduces your store, sets expectations for what you'll send, and often includes an offer for a first order.
Which welcome emails does tinyAlbert write?
Two ready-made automations: Welcome Series 10% Discount, which welcomes new subscribers with an incentive for a first purchase, and Welcome Series, which welcomes them without a discount. Both are written in the layout, tone and language you chose at setup.
Do I have to offer a discount?
No. Switch on the Welcome Series automation if you'd rather welcome subscribers without an offer, or the Welcome Series 10% Discount automation if you want to reward a first order.
How do new subscribers join my list?
tinyAlbert includes four pre-written signup forms, including 10% Off Your First Order and Newsletter Subscription. You enable them once through the Shopify theme editor, with no code. Your Shopify customers also sync to tinyAlbert automatically.
Can I edit the welcome email?
Yes. Preview it on desktop and mobile, edit it in the email editor, ask tinyAlbert to regenerate it, or send yourself a test before switching it on.
How much do welcome emails cost?
