Recovery by provider

Ready-made recovery segments for Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft and iCloud, plus soft, medium and hard inbox recovery.

Authentication

What does tinyAlbert verify before your first send?

Mailbox providers check who sent an email before they decide where it goes. tinyAlbert has these checks in place on a managed sending address the moment you install, so your first campaign goes out authenticated.

Sender checks

DKIM Verified
A signature that lets mailbox providers confirm the email came from your sender and wasn't changed.
SPF Verified
The list of servers allowed to send for the sending domain.
DMARC Verified
Tells providers what to do when the other checks fail.
Email Status Verified
The overall status of your sending address, shown in the app.
Own domain
Optional. Add it under Verify DNS Settings when you want emails to come from your own domain.
Inbox recovery

What are inbox recovery segments?

Twelve of tinyAlbert's 28 pre-built audience segments are for deliverability: one for each major mailbox provider, soft, medium and hard inbox recovery, and variants that leave one provider out, so you can work on placement where it slips.

What is email deliverability?

Email deliverability is how reliably your emails reach your subscribers' inboxes rather than their spam folders or being rejected. It depends on how your sending is authenticated, how subscribers engage with your emails, and how clean your list is.

They are email authentication standards. DKIM adds a signature that lets mailbox providers confirm an email wasn't changed and came from your domain. SPF lists the servers allowed to send for a domain. DMARC tells providers what to do when those checks fail.

Not to get started. tinyAlbert sends from a managed sending address with DKIM, DMARC and SPF already verified. When you're ready, you can add your own domain under Verify DNS Settings.

They are 12 of tinyAlbert's 28 pre-built segments: a recovery segment for each of Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft and iCloud, soft, medium and hard inbox recovery across all providers, and variants that leave out one provider, to help you recover inbox placement where it slips.

Clean My List is tinyAlbert's paid list-cleaning service. It is charged per email checked, with the price shown in a pop-up before you confirm. You get a CSV report, and contacts that fail are marked Inactive.

No sender can promise that, because mailbox providers such as Gmail and Yahoo make the final decision. tinyAlbert gives you the foundations: authenticated sending, recovery segments, list cleaning and delivery reporting.
